Dec. 10th Mixed Media Journals Class!!

​Glenise Ward of Stone Bridge Lane will be here at Farmgirl Outfitters on Dec. 10th, 2016 from 9am-1pm teaching her Mixed Media Altered Journals class!!!!  Come join us at the Magic Shack here on the farm for this amazingly creative class and create your own, one-of-a-kind journal or make one as a Christmas gift for someone special!!  What better gift is there than something created by your own hands!  Registration is $45 and includes all materials, snacks and beverages.  You can pay via Paypal at stonebridgehandmade@gmail.com.  You can also pay cash the day of class. Altered Books - I'm a journaler. I'm a list-maker. I keep every receipt, note, or scrap of paper that crosses my path. I need a place to jot down my thoughts, my ideas, my plans. I'm a book lover. I love all things vintage.
If any of those statements apply to you, then you will love this class! We'll start with a discarded book. We will deconstruct it, keeping the best parts, and then turn it into a lovely, ring-bound creation filled with beautiful papers, stamped images, pockets, tags, etc. Use it as a journal, a scrapbook, a planner, whatever your heart desires.
Everything you need to complete your altered book will be provided. Plan to spend the day immersed in words, colors, textures, choices and creativity!
